Payment

What are acceptable payment methods?

All trips can be paid in cash only. We will collect the money at the beginnig of each tour. You can pay in Euro, Dollar or British Pound.

Kids younger than 5 years won´t pay anything. From 5-11 the price is 50% of the price for adults. From the age of 13 years have to pay the full price.

Please send us a request with the information about wich kind of trip you would like to do and how many people will participate.

You can book via the online shop or message on WhatsApp or Instagram. We will tell you the pickup time 1 day in advance.

Reservation

Do I have to make reservation?

Please contact us at least 24h before you want to do a trip so we can take care about the organisation.

If you are looking for a special private tour: please give us some days in advance to manage everything for you.

If you can´t do the trip you booked, you have to cancel it 12h before the trip. Otherwise we can´t cancel the trip for free.

Preparation

What do i need to bring?

Boat trips: Towl, suncream, some money for personal expenses.

Cairo/Luxor: we recommend to ask about a lunch box in your hotel. Most hotels offer this package for free.

Safari: If you already have a scarf to cover because of the sand, you can bring it with you. You also can buy a scarf at the location of the safari. Please wear some sturdy shoes.

Horse Riding: Please wear some sturdy shoes.

Please let us know, how we can contact you (phone, mail, instagram…).
We will contact you 1 day before the trip to tell you the time for the pickup.
